Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your pickup date in order to receive a full refund back to your original payment method.  If an order is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance but still at least one day prior to pickup, you will be offered store credit in the form of a Mazzetti's Bakery Gift Card in the amount that was paid for your order.  We are unfortunately unable to accommodate refunds of any kind for same day cancellations.


Refund Policy

Requested refunds will be processed within two weeks. You will be contacted if there are any questions and once the refund has been processed, please allow 1-3 days for the funds to transfer between banks.


Prepaid Orders Policy

At times, a prepaid orders line will be available. Use of the "Prepaid Orders" pick up line in store is for customers picking up an order that has been paid in full. Customers will be asked to confirm the contact name for the order and payment details at the time of pickup.

If an additional order would like to be placed at the time of pickup, please join our regular line for walk-in customers and we will be happy to add additional items to your prepaid order. For more details, please visit our Order Ahead page.

At times when we are limited on staff, we may combine our regular walk-in customer line and our prepaid order line. Please be prepared to wait in the regular line for walk-in customers if your visit is at a time when we unfortunately have limited staff.
